Horrible

They arrived broken. Macy's do better. Why not package them correctly?? SO returning them requires me to walk in with 7 boxes as carrying the gigantic box they came in would be extremely heavy. Disappointed. Rating of 1 was given due to 0 not available.

Tabletop gallery round 40 piece dinnerware set ser

I was really really excited about these dishes finally found one I could afford that had enough plates for everybody in the household. Unfortunately when I receive them they were packaged so poorly that I ended up with two plates 10 cereal bowls 10 salad plates and eight salad bowls everything else was shattered. The package weighs a ton and but no where on it is it Mark fragile just that it's heavy and needs crew lift. The plates and dishware are very thin and I think I probably would have returned them even if they hadn't been shattered because I would have been afraid that the lightest thing would have broken them. Macy's was wonderful with the return though I will admit The box is too heavy for me to lift to even take back to UPS so they made it work for me.

Never received the item. Where is my refund?

Never received it. Ordered nearly 3 weeks ago. The online tracking system says it is on its way, yet when I called customer service today they told me the store returned the item 9 days ago- AND THEY NEVER ISSUED A REFUND. Only when I called and demanded a refund (this is after about 3 weeks of waiting) did they tell me to wait 48 hours for an email that would tell me whether I got a refund. This left a bad taste in my mouth. Don't really see a reason to order online from Macy's ever again. And I buy A LOT of clothes from here.

Needs more packaging material.

Broken dishes, returned it placed a second order and also this order had shattered dishes. The inside of the package needs to be have bubble rap. Disappointed 😞
