Not as expected!!!

The ring is very different at the one of the photo. Looks cheap and also runs larger. On the photo looks that you can adjust the ring size but not true. Very disappointing,

Purchased after trying it on at store

I've considered buying this since last November but hesitated due to mixed online reviews, I think this is of those pieces best seen in person. Last month it showed up at one of my local Macy's stores, and I absolutely loved it. It was even on sale! The setting is "high" and the band is medium-light weight. I don't find the setting to be flimsy, and it seems to be true to size. The rose design is lovely. Technically the carving is "flat" across the top but the setting is a high "bowl" shape viewed from the side. They should show a profile photo onsite to clear up confusion. I normally buy from Macy's online and noticed the summer sale just hit. Since it was within the price-protection window, I called customer service. They explained that my store purchase could only be matched to current store price (which I didn't know and decided to mention). The summer sale price was the same in-store as online, so they credited my bill. Macy's customer service is easy to deal with.

Love this ring.

Very well made. I disagree with other reviews that it is flat. If it was too pronounced it would catch on everything. I got a 7 and it fits great on my middle finger. It is NOT adjustable like the picture. They need to change the picture on that. I got the whole set and it looks rich. I’m glad I ordered it and didn’t listen to other reviews.

Not As Its Picture

It is not as its picture. Mine is defective. The shank is not even at the bottom. The rose is not a rose with a big scratch on the top of the rose. I’m so disappointed. I don’t want to return but exchange instead. what should I can do now? any suggestions, I’m very appreciated it. I love my necklace. I ordered them on the same bill but came at different date. thanks anyway!

Not as pictured

It is not as pictured . Very flat. Not rounded and three dimensional .it is like a carved in a disc.I thought it wails be adjustable as seen in pic but it is not adjustable .wish it would be just as pictured .Returned it .

Flat

This ring arrived today and it definitely does not look like the picture, just like a previous reviewer stated, it's flat. I was expecting a 3- dimensional rose, but it does NOT look like a rose.
