Similar to busy gal brows

I know this is both gel and pencil. I feel like the gel part is very similar to the busy gal brows gel. The brush is also very similar - possibly just a hair smaller?

Disappointed

The tinted gel side of this product was completely dry so I had to return this item. Probably sat on the shelf way too long and it dried up. Had to return.

Hate it

No matter how much you try to scrape off, it's thick and the brush isn't great. This is the very first Tarte product I've ever owned that didn't exceed my expectations and I'd consider a waste of money.
