Summer Fun

Purchased this set for my grandson, age 6, to encourage him to continue reading over summer break. I had taken him to the movie last year when it came out in theaters, and he really enjoyed it so I was delighted to find this set. He really enjoys reading these books and is not afraid to sound out longer words that he is unfamiliar with. (Books are geared for readers 6-8, ready to make transition from pictures to text). He also loves the graphics and noticed right away how ending words in a sentence rhymed with the next sentence which made it easier for him to read.
