Beautiful and Works Great!

This is my first piece of enameled cast iron cookware and I’m very impressed. I’ve been cooking everything in this and every meal turns out great! I highly recommend it!

2 Piece Round Braiser Arrived Damaged

It is unfortunate that I have to write this review. Firstly, I fell in love with the color. When it arrived and I opened it with much excitement, the 6quart was lovely and intact. Secondly I opened the box with the braised pan & was looking at the scattered dust in the pan. So I thought it was it was the paint. Then I realized that the handle was broken. This is cast iron so there must have been some force to cause it to break. Then I felt so sad. However, I’ve decided to return it to the store. To note, UPS seemed not to be the fault this time because the driver placed the boxes on a wheeled carrier & gently dropped them off. Lastly, I opened. The 7 quart and it was intact & lovely! I am invested in this product & the color, because I believe in it & there should be some quality about it. So Macy’s, you are forgiven! I truly mean that. I’m so committed that I got the Kitchen Utensils to Match. I’ve processed my refund for the pot, & I will see if they have another at the store.
