Functional for small meals and sides

The mesh is so fine it takes a bit to get this skimmer fully cleaned so 4 stars. Other than that, it's well made and doesn't bend out of shape like the last one I had. I use it for straining small pasta meals and veggies, rather than pulling out the strainer.

Cooking with Grease

Defective Item

I used this skimmer once and noticed that the mesh is coming off from an edge.

The handle is to long.

It was bigger then expected. And the handle to long. It's okay.
