Wee stories! So accurate and fun!

I love this cookbook! It reads like a great novel and the recipes are good basic fare with a flair! The Ginger cake is one of my favs.

If it's not Scottish, it's cr@p!

Bought my book a few months ago and it is such a unique, fun, loveable book. I am excited to see the author will be coming to the local Barnes & Noble so I can get it signed! This book is a MUST for anyone who cooks, and anyone who doesn't...it's a great read either way!

Love this book!

Purchased this book for two reasons: one: a purchase gave you an entry to win a trip to Scotland, and two: the recipes looked terrific. I have not made any of the recipes yet, but just sitting down to read through the book with a cup of tea was so relaxing. Macleod's writing and descriptions of the Scottish Hebrides is wonderful.
