Never received item

I never received this item. I bought it and had it shipped to the store. Instead of shipping to the store it was shipped to their warehouse?? 5 attempts from customer service and ended up canceling the order. They said they would “open an investigation”, and would follow up in 2 business days. I wouldn’t hear anything and would follow up again and told the same story. I was very disappointed, it was purchased as a gift. Macys said I would get my refund in 7 days, and surprise still have not heard anything. All I have received from Macys was a request for a review…Never going to buy anything from Macys website again.
