Love this jacket
This jacket is very comfortable and most look good because of the compliments I’ve gotten. I wore it to Portugal on a cycle trip. Love the jacket.
Terrible Customer Service
My jacket has still not arrived. I contacted Macy’s and after countless AI interactions, I finally got a person who was completely useless. Other companies have refunded me or sent me another item when the original is lost in the mail. Not Macy’s. They say I have to wait 10 days after the original due date. This has made my purchase of the jacket moot because it was intended as a gift. I asked if they could reach out to UPS to see if they could help me find out what is going on. The customer rep told me “No, we can’t help you.” Awful.

Not waterproof like description states.
Great fit but not waterproof like it states in the description. One of the reasons I purchased the jacket was it's supposed to be waterproof.
Good jacket but my father did not liked it.
I bought this jacket in grey color for my father. But he did not liked it. The sleeves were too long and he did not find the material comfortable, to move freely. So had to return it.
