Not for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't like this cutting board. The first time I used it the plastic was all tore up. If there is juices it leakes everywhere. For light cutting for a bread maybe. Cheap material.

Convenient

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Tovolo Hi-Low Cutting Board is a useful kitchen accessory. It’s a thin cutting board but it’s hard and sturdy so it does not slip. Part of the board is sectioned off so you can cut different ingredients without cross contamination. Although it says it’s raised, it’s only raised a hair’s width. To me, the separation with the little ridge is more helpful to prevent cross contamination than the hi-low height. However, the board isn’t very large and it’s too easy for splatters when chopping to avoid cross contamination. I like this board but I would not be comfortable enough to chop raw chicken alongside fruit. The board is relatively lightweight compared to other boards so it is easily portable, easy to pull out if I need to cut something quick without hauling out a huge and heavy board. Its thin size is convenient for storage too. Another bonus is it’s BPA free and dishwasher safe.
