Replacing … another Travelpro
I’ve been using a Travelpro rollaboard for 15 years. I couldn’t justify replacing it because despite being used on countless journeys, long and short, far and wide, my old Travelpro was still in excellent condition. But now seeing my new rollaboard, I’m glad I did. The new one has so many nice little refinements. Clearly Travelpro has learned a thing or two or ten in the intervening years about what makes for a perfect rollaboard. Incidentally, my wife bought the carry-on spinner in the Intrigue color scheme and she’s thrilled with hers.

Great addition to set
Very nice size with tons of room. Stylish looks and good construction. I wish the Platinum Elite collection had some stacking method. I recently this large case and a carryon from the collection and it was cumbersome rolling both. The handle on this large case raises to the same height as the others in collection resulting in a very short area to attempt stacking bags. It just seems there would be a solution on the high end set. Great product and love using it!

Only one flaw - the flared handle
Bag has served me well on both a short domestic and long foreign trip. The only problem is with the telescoping handle, the handle has an unnecessary flare at the top, making it a struggle to get another bag with a slip on pocket onto and off of the Travelpro.

Terrific Suitcase!
This suitcase is really well made and looks great. It’s the perfect size as well - holds everything I would need for two weeks in Europe. I love it!

Love my Travelpro but zipper broke
I bought my Travelpro Feb 2020. I love the smooth spinner wheels and the different zipper pouches inside the suitcase. I also love the TSA lock with added security. Unfortunately the zipper on the front pouch of the suitcase broke after 5 years of use. I filed a claim with Travelpro about the broken zipper and was surprised how quickly they responded. Within 2 days Travelpro shipped me a new replacement suitcase. The warranty is awesome. Make sure to keep your Macys receipt because it’s required when filing a claim.
