Torn handle within a couple of months of purchase

Disappointed that I can't return a faulty item. I would have expected an expensive item to at least last a year.

Almost perfect purse

While I loved the style of this purse, it was much larger than I thought. Unfortunately it had to be returned.

I totally love the design and the nice made of this tote. return it because too large! I wish they make a smaller version of it, with all the pockets.
