Not Worth the Price

Unfortunately, I had to return the bag. The lock was poor quality, we changed the combination, and the lock didn't open again. We contacted customer svc and they were not able to help, we needed a lockpick to open the lock. We contacted a Tumi store (as recommended), and they said that because we didn't buy the bag from them they couldn't help us. We were very frustrated and disappointed.
