I love my new comforter. It reminds me of beautiful hotel comforters . I was able to wash it, and the comforter stayed in tact. It does come out wrinkled, but you can steam or iron it to make it wrinkle free, it does keep you warm as well. I’m very happy with my purchase!

I ordered this item on October 15, and today is Nov 3, the item has still not been received. Called customer service they said it has still not been shipped out. I requested for credit refund.

When will my order arrive?

I ordered this item on Oct 15th, today is Nov 1st, it hasn’t arrived yet. I called Macy customer service several times, I was promised to get call back or to receive the item in 2 business days… but never happened. This is the worst online shopping experience I ever had.
