Customer Service for Online Purchases

I did not receive my order placed on June 1, 2024, but when I checked online it said it was delivered on June 5, 2024. So I gave it until today June 19, 2024. The phone number to call was hard to find, and the CHATT system was not showing up on the bottom of my screen. Logged off and back on, but did not work. I have been on the phone to report the problem, but went through the options to have the ordered resent. It did say if not available my item would be refunded. I checked online and it said I did not need to return, I would be refunded. I will keep watching for the refund. I did try calling and requesting a live agent. They said the wait time is 17 minutes and I have been on the phone on hold for a while.

I bought two!

I first bought the white blouse and then went back for the black one. The flowy sleeves add to the top and make it less plain. I had showed a picture of it to a co-worker and she even bought it in black and white as well!
