All the Power in a Perfectly Sized Package!
FINALLY a blender that is just the right size for daily use with all the power and dependability of a bigger Vitamix! The size of this smaller Vitamix is perfect for sitting on my counter and ever since I got it, I have used it every single day. From breakfast smoothies to salsas, dips to quickly chopped dinner veggies for me and my fiancé; it's easy to use and it isn't a pain to clean up. You don't even have to disassemble it to clean it! The small pitcher fits just right in my fridge, so I can even make a double batch of a smoothie and save the rest for the next day. It's SO nice to be able to blend in medium batches for more everyday purposes like dinner for four or even just myself. I honestly have been waiting for a reliable small blender like this for a long time. It's eliminated my need for a food processor completely! With the weather getting colder, I already know it'll be put to even more great use as it makes hot soups in no time. Note: I was sent this product for free in exchange for an honest review. So Powerful and Compact!
*I was sent this product for free in exchange for an honest review but all opinions are my own. I’ve had a 5200 Standard C-Series for about 5 years (it’s still as good as new by the way), so when I got the E310 Explorian Series I was a little worried that the variable/high switch on the left was gone. Instead there is a “pulse” switch. Every time I throw the switch to high on the 5200, there is a huge kick in power. With it gone, I was concerned that the E310 wouldn’t have as much power. But I was wrong. Soups get hot just as fast in the E310 as the 5200. The same creamy and silky smooth texture is also achieved. And that’s proven true for everything else I’ve tried in the E310. No chunks of frozen fruit are left in my smoothies and it grinds seeds into flour like a dream. Design wise, there are a lot of small details that make the E310 easier to store and use. The short container size allows the E310 to fit under my cabinets on my countertop. The cord is a lot longer and on the bottom there are nice grips that you can coil the cord around for neat and tidy storage. I adjusted mine for my counter space and then left it alone. It’s hard to see in pictures, but the sides of the base also slope up a little, forming a slight ledge that makes picking up or moving the E310 around a lot easier. If you are used to the larger container size, you might have to adjust how much you put in the 48-ounce container. The first few times I put too much in and when I hit variable 10 there was some spillage. What I've done with it: creamy and smooth hot soups, gazpachos, slightly chunky hot soups, frozen fruit smoothies, nut butter, nut flour, ground spices What didn't work for me: I haven't been able to properly mix pastry dough with it, the Vitamix blades are way too powerful

Powerful - The best blender I’ve ever used!
I’ve been using my new Vitamix blender for almost a month now and I am so impressed! I just had a basic blender before, and the Vitamix makes blending everything so much easier and quicker (I don’t have to stop and stir every few minutes like I did before). It’s also super easy to clean, and saves me so much time in the mornings vs my old blender. I’ve made ice cream, smoothie bowls, raw cake, and applesauce with it so far. Overpriced
I bought a Vitamix assuming that it would have no problem blending thick soups but I was wrong. The Vitamix seems to have enough power but it quickly overheats which leads to burnt windings and a ruined motor.

Powerful and Versatile!!
I received my Vitamix about a month ago and I am SO happy with it. I have a smoothie for breakfast every single day and it blends them up in no time, and leaves them with the perfect milkshake texture. I've also used it to make soup bases. I love how versatile it is and how easy it is to use. Plus clean up is a breeze since you just have to turn the blender back on with some water and a drop of soap.

Perfect Everyday Blender
I start each and every day with a blender, and this Vitamin makes that process 100x easier. From the speed of the machine to the ease of cleanup I couldn't picture starting my day off in an easier fashion. Not only is it amazing for smoothies and juices, it also is the perfect vehicle for whipping up delicious soups. The ease of functionality is also a big perk for me. I love being able to turn on the machine, pour myself a cup of coffee, and walk back over to a perfectly blended smoothie every morning. So Much Power and Speed.
I have had this blender for about a month now and I make a smoothie almost every morning for breakfast but definitely use a blender for SO SO much more than that. I honestly think a good high-speed blender is a great investment to make for your kitchen. I use it for soups, dressings, vegan cream cheese, ice cream batter, etc. This blender has so much power and I really love that the speeds are adjustable. That can be really helpful with dishes that need to start off on a slower speed and then increased. The 48 ounce container that it comes with is really the perfect size and it can fit directly in my refrigerator. I consider that a total win because sometimes I like to make a double smoothie batch to drink later. Now I can just pop the whole thing in the refrigerator. The mini tamper that comes with it is super convenient when you are blending something super thick (think – smoothie bowl). My only complaint is that the base is quite large. Not really a deal breaker but I think it could be a problem for someone who doesn’t have a large counter space or cabinet. Overall I think this is a great piece of machinery and I love the price tag! 5200 since 2010 and still moving on
i bought my vitamix in 2010 the 5200 series. i worked in managing bakeries for 46 years.....yes 46 years and knew the power and abilities of vitamix. my husband is diabetic and had kidney problems as well, so i retired and stayed home to try and help him eat right. these little beauty has helped me create yummy soups, delic. ice cream, pancake batters, dressings with all made for a diabetic. i use only coconut as flour base for most receipes and this machine handles all heavy jobs. i use this little honey several times a day and i hangs in there. thank you for such a great machine.
