I normally take a M but ordered a S per "size guide". Size guide is spot on, use it. Description was perfect. Quality is great. Very lightweight for the warmth! Very happy with my first time purchase. I will be a returning customer!

I recently purchased a new winter jacket from Free Country. I love it! It's going to be very warm and the inner liner us so soft! I should have ordered a size down but it will be alright to wear layers underneath. The shipping was prompt and I am completely satisfied with my purchase.

Not happy

Can't wear it. It's smaller than the same size and brand at home. And it's NOT returnable. Beautiful coat. Just can't wear it.
