Not what I expected

This jacket runs big and there is no elastic at the bottom to gather. I ordered a medium and it’s too large. I’m 5’7 and a medium build. This jacket has snaps on the side like a warm-up athletic, which I can’t stand. I want to return it, but I think I’m going to keep it bc I went through a third party to purchase it and don’t feel like the hassle in returning it.
