I got them for my wife for Christmas 🎄 I ordered them last minute and I had such a great response. They arrived the day before Christmas 🎅🏻 I was told 2 days after Christmas. My wife absolutely loves ❤️ them.

Beautiful boots
These boots have a nice wide toe box so that your toes are not cramped. I wear a 9 and there's probably a nice half inch between my toe and the end of the boot which makes them comfortable to me. They do not have arch support they are made like boots used to be made and I actually don't care for arch support. The leather is hard and thick so it's more like a steel-toed boot on the end if you're looking for something soft. I wore them all day on the first day wearing them and my feet were comfortable and warm.

Stunning Boots
The leather on these boots is amazing. I am a 9.5 and usually if the shoe is m width I have to size up. Well… I ordered a 10 and the boot looked like clown shoes they were so large!!! The boot however, is beautiful, so I ordered a size down and ordered a 8.5 because if you see the size chart, it tells you that a 8.5 equals a 9.75 in length. I just got the boots today, and they are beautiful. Is going to take a couple of wears before they are broken in, but! I am very impressed with the quality.

Runs large
The boot looks of good quality, but the toe box is large and the shoe is about a size too big. I can tell that that piece of material behind the laces will require some adjustments so that it will not put pressure on the top of my foot. I hope after a few wears it will remain in place. I plan to reorder a size smaller.

Who’s worse Macys or S3
I ordered these boots and live in Washington (like Seattle) and they were shipped and delivered to Florida. After 6 tries with Macys to acknowledge they were delivered 2000 miles from my home they finally confirmed this and then told me I HAD to deal directly with the shipper. After another 3 contacts they finally shipped the boots which were huge. I’m a 9.5 and ordered a 10 I returned the boots with the request for 9s to be sent to me as the 10s were a full inch too large. I checked online and they were selling the size 9 boots - but both Macys and S3 insisted they were out and sent me the refund instead of the shoes. This was a bold faced lie. Macys used an antiquated shipping model and they are clearly too cheap to make good on their order. My suggestion - there are other stores that do much much better

Way too big and extremely hard. Definitely returning them.
I do not recommend.
I should have listened to the people who left reviews. I decided to keep them because I like the style, but the boots are hard and uncomfortable. I had to stretch them a bit with water bottles and Ziploc bags in the freezer. The laces are so long, I needed to buy new ones. My pinky toes almost decapitated, but I won't give up on them.
Not worth it
These boots looked nice online, but when o received them, there were huge. I even sized down. You can’t request from Macys to send you the next size down. They are a third party vendor, which most things you buy from Macys now are.
