Cute top too small

I didn’t get to return this shirt because it was past the return window. I ordered a size XL. It is way too small!! I should have checked out the reviews. I unfortunately ordered a different shirt, but it was too small also. At least I can return it. I don’t know what is going on with Macy’s.
