Assembly required

I will be returning this because it was a pain to put together and I don't trust the rubber caps to stay on. It wasn't clear from the product description that this required assembly. There was only mention of a screw-free design and easy to install. The instructions and packaging were confusing. There were two different sized rubber caps, the bags for these weren't labeled, and the caps look very similar in size. I had to do some trial and error to figure out which cap went with the right piece. The rubber caps also don't seem very secure and that might explain why the kit comes with many spares (like they expect you to lose each one that's required for assembly). I did get everything assembled. At first it seemed flimsy, but it was more stable when the pants were on the hanger.
