My boyfriend purchased this item for Valentine’s Day, after two weeks, the locking clasp broke. I called Macy’s and they said bring it in and they will send it out to their jeweler to be fixed. It came back with a note, saying unable to fix. I ended up returning it, and the employee found me another one online, had it shipped to my house. When that one arrived, I had it for three days before it fell off my wrist somewhere while I was three hours from home. I called every place that I had been to that day, but you better believe nobody was going to be turning that in. I called Macys, they initiated a return, but said that I must send the jewelry back even though I no longer had it because Macy’s sold me two defective bracelets!!! I will never buy jewelry with this type of clasp again, especially from this store! So disappointed.

So very sad. Clasp failed and lost bracelet.
Lost my bracelet the clasp did not hold. My bracelet flew off my wrist. It was a sentimental gift from the love of my life at Christmas . I’m so saddened about it. Products over a certain price point should have at least their products tested to meet Macy’s quality standard. Macy’s will have to determine what those standards will be in the future.
Bracelet clasp doesn’t lock securely!
This is the 3rd Diamond tennis bracelet I’ve purchased and had to return because the locking clasp failed. It’s obvious the quality control is not there before these ship. In the upside, Macys has honored their return policy. It’s frustrating and disappointing that something thus expensive is not checked for quality before it’s shipped. It’s a no buy at this time!
