Shipping and Delivery

First I ordered 2 of these items and was charged for 2 but only 1 was shipped and delivered

Missing item from online order

I ordered 2 diamond necklaces online and only received (1) diamond graduated necklace and the wait time to talk to a customer service representative about this missing item was ridiculous

Never received the item. I'm still waiting for the replacement to be shipped. I was told it would be here for Christmas. Happy new year.

Gorgeous diamond necklace.

Stunning necklace! Received as a gift and absolutely love it. It is shiny and classy. Very complimentary for any outfit, dressed up or down. It is very sparkly and brings the wow factor. You will not be disappointed. I LOVE it!

I’m sooooo disappointed. I’ve only had my necklace for a few days and when my niece “unhooked” it for me, the chain broke…. 🥹🥹🥹🥹

It was ok.

Its a nice piece of Jewelry to have in your collection, but the pictures are very misleading. The necklace has two bends on either in which makes the necklace look completely different. It makes it more formal. I will keep it , but very misleading.

Hard to take off

I love my necklace but it is extremely hard to put on and take off. I’m going to bring it back to Macys to be shown how to maneuver the locking mechanism. I bought it online
