CUSTOMER SERVICE DOESN’T WORK!!!

This product never arrived, but it took numerous lengthy calls to convince Macy’s to credit my account! After extensive conversation on each call, I was given three different arrival dates. This was despite knowing all the while that the package had never been received by UPS. It was an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience. I have always liked Macy’s products, but with such poor customer service, I will shop elsewhere.
