Would not shop with Macey’s

Ordered the pillow for a birthday gift, they created a shipping label then lost the box, made me call multiple times for a refund until a associate told me I had to wait 16 days due to macys policy. Took about a month just to get a refund and never see a box.

Best Pillow!

I wake up 3-4 times/night. Since my first night with this pillow, I have been sleeping right through the night! perfect firm/plush mix. doesn’t get hot, my head is in heaven!!!
