This energy efficient VE Hybrid Water Boiler & Warmer utilizes vacuum insulation technology (like travel mugs) to keep water hot with very little electricity. It features the new Quick Temp mode, which significantly reduces the heating time by reaching 160°F, 175°F, or 195°F keep warm temperatures without reaching a boil.

This is NOT a rice cooker

This is a nice electric kettle, but it's NOT a rice cooker. The Macy's description is just wrong. It's ONLY a water-boiler.

Hot water all the time

It's been great having hot water available all the time! We used to have a simple electric kettle, but this device is so much nicer. We have several Zojirushi appliances, and this one is just as solid as our rice cooker and our coffee maker.

Love it

I received one as a gift and love it so much that I bought one to give my mom. Easy to use, love the convenience of having hot water all the time for tea, ramen, or whatever else and not worrying about watching the kettle on the stove.

Literally. Cannot. Live. Without.

I've had mine for TWELVE years. About a year ago, I had to replace a replacement lid assembly because the rubber seal was degrading. That replacement lid was about thirty bucks, and for that investment, I figure I can get another 3-4years? I've heard tell (in reviews) of folks owning their Zojirushi for twenty years! Seriously. I could not live without this thing. I use it daily, multiple times especially since the pandemic hit and we're working from home. To have a perfectly ready on demand, energy efficient, hot water dispenser on my counter at all times is.... well, indispensable. The only other device I love as much is my DeLonghi toaster oven. Literally, I would brave the apocalypse with just these two things. Love, love, love Zojirushi. The intuitive design, long-lasting, dependable, classy quality? No brainer. When this dies, I'll already have another on order, and anything (these days) that lasts this long deserves a royal burial! Who knows, I might even get another decade outta this thing :-)

We had it for two weeks, so far so good. It does what it supposed to do. We enjoyed tea with the hot water daily.

Best tea drinker investment!

As a daily tea drinker, this product is amazing. Sleek design, temperature functions that accommodate the variety of teas I enjoy, and so user friendly. Worth the investment if you drink tea multiple times a day.

These are the best

I received my first Zojurushi in 2006 or so. I loved it, my family loved, friends that came over loved it. That first unit served my family very well until it needed to be replaced and this one, that we replaced it with, I really like that it's a little slimmer and a little taller. I always recommend this Brand to people!!
