A great alternative slicer knife

An unique slicing knife with it being hollow edge, it’s the optimal knife for slicing meat; whether slicing a pot roast to getting that thin deli slice, this knife does a great job of releasing the food right of the blade thanks to the indentions on the blade. A great knife for slicing anything, it’s durable forged stainless steel construction makes this a sharp and long lasting knife.

Super Slicer

Great for carving large portions of beef, ham, turkey, etc. The hollow edge reduces friction and helps prevent food from sticking to the blade. Fully forged in Germany with a comfortable handle.

put away the electric knife

This is the knife you want to use for slicing meats, poultry and seafood. You will yield the finest slices with this 10" blade. It is sharp with the dimples on the blade for a smooth release of food.You'll never need to use your electric knife again. this is precision slicing!! no rough cuts!!

A salmon knife, filleting knife!

This knife is so versatile. It is perfect for slicing through the delicate flesh/meat of salmon, so sharp, long and comfortable handle. Indentions on the blade creates barrier between the knife and steel to help ease separating meat from the steel. Great knife overall, every customers love finding this at our store.

Only knife for large cuts of meat

This used to be called banquet knife. It is the knife that the chef's stand at the end of the buffet line and gracefully carve a thin (or thick) slice of prime rib with. If you do roasts, briskets, whole sirloins, turkey, goose then you need one of these in the drawer. Years ago I broke down and got one for the holidays. I am so glad I did. Every time I make large hunk of meat, I pull this knife out and slice with confidence. Great gift for a cook or meat eater.

Great for the barbie!

This is an excellent knife for that perfect brisket, baby backs or pulled pork. Long length and hollows to keep the knife smoothly slicing through the thickest of meat.
