Fabulous Prep Knife

I love this knife because it is light, thin,perfectly balanced and hugely versatile. It is the perfect prep knife. Hold it on it's handle or further up towards the blade: and you have 3 knives in one. I have given this knife as a gift twice.

Perfect for daily dicing and chopping

This is a perfectly sized little knife for all sorts of cutting and dicing. I use it many times daily and love the light feel. It replaces the much larger chef’s knife I was using and a small serrated blade knife. Great addition to my collection!

A great alternative to a chef knife

This is my grandmother’s go to knife. This is a great alternative blade instead of having to use a chef. She really likes using a smaller blade for when she cuts and slices her food, and she loves how lightweight the prep is so she can hold it and it won’t get heavy in her hand after using it for an extended period of time. A well made stainless steel blade, this forged knife will hold up for a long time and stay sharp, so you don't have to worry about sharpening as often.

Great shape

Although I use a chef knife often, this has become a favorite. I love the shape of the blade. It's wide enough so you can use a cutting board and your knuckles don't crash onto the board. The soft material of the handle is really comfortable. I definatley recommend it is you are looking to add a knife to your collection.

Good Inbetween Knife

This prep knife is a good inbetween size. It can be used as a paring/utility knife for something small, while the wider heel of blade allows for chopping something larger on the cutting board. Good weight with molded comfortable handle.

multi functional

I use this knife when I want to cut with precision.. In particular, i use this for slicing potatoes for baked dishes. It's a great choice for longer, leaner vegetables and fruits. This knife also makes a great parer!! Light, sharp and durable. Great to add to your 4 star collection
