best non stick

i have used all clad for last 25 years and was in market for new non-stick fry pans. bought zwilling motion 8,10 and 12" and could not be happier! simply the best I have ever used.

What happened?

needs to be counterbalanced. It sits flat on my countertop but tips when I put it on my gas stove.

truly nonstick

Amazing nonstick. I can't believe how well it performs. It looks as good as when it arrived. It washes so well. In fact it's so nonstick it looks clean when you are finished using it.

More than meets the challenge!

I tested this product against competitors in the hard anodized non-stick realm. It performed outstandingly. Heated quickly; cooked evenly and washed up easily. Don't put it in the dishwasher; it will never look the same (Dishwashing detergent can be very harsh.) Handle doesn't get hot. 8" is perfect for eggs, grilled cheese, a couple of hot dogs.

Need and egg pan?
