Love the knives, the block could be better.

The knives are worlds above an old Cooks set I had for the last 18years. Very well balanced, light, and OMG sharp. I have no gripes with the knives at all but the I don't care for the tapered front of the block. It doesn't hold the knives uniformly as some lean the side more than others (the blades with the shorter height) which does bother me a little bit.

We feel like we are using knives from a 90s infomercial. We can cut everything with little to no effort. It's amazing what a nice knife set can do to help with cooking. Just be careful! They are so so sharp!
