Very nice, heavy duty and true to Zwilling professional quality Very heavy duty for a 6 inch Butcher knife. If had one in 8 or 10 inch I would have chosen that instead but very satisfied

the best of the best in cleavers
if you want a high-end fever that you can pass down generations, my 86-year-old father passed it down to me, it's perfectly balanced, very smooth and precise cutting, you literally just have to hold it and let it do the work

I have nothing negative to say, hands down best cleaver I've ever handled, smooth precision cutting, perfectly balanced, the knife does all the work, all you basically have to do is hold it, my 86-year-old father passed it down to me, if you have the coin and want a cleaver that, unless it's stolen from you, it will be passed down generations, this is the cleaver you want

Good weight and sharp
Bought it for my husband who loves cooking. I don’t think he has used it on meat joints but has done it on watermelon and he said the weight aids cutting into the melon which he thinks it’s a sign of quality of the knife

6" cleaver
Absolutely love this. Makes kitchen life so much easier. Since it is not used daily I wish it came with a sheath, since it doesn't fit in the block I purchased. I would buy it, if one was made for it.

Perfect!
This goes hand in hand with the rest of my Zwilling Pro cutlery. Perfectly weighted and balanced, chopping and cutting through small bones is a cinch! I find myself looking for more things to use this cleaver on just so I can use it lol.

Excellent knife
Very well balanced, if it’s cutting through everything is being put to task. I am avoiding larger bones, though.
