Light and Beautiful

I really am enjoying the slim version of this knife. Not heavy at all. Well balanced and razor sharp. Super happy with going with the Pro line as well.

Well Balanced All Around Knife

I switched from the 8 inch chef’s knife to this 7 inch because I find the 8 inch too long. I also like the gentle curve of the tip which allows me to be able to use the tip for fine cutting. If you fine the 8 inch too long, give this one a try.
