Good to have

These knife very good for long life and sharpnes. Company need todo with it's handles somtetimes detachs after 6 months to one year. But sharpnes never go down.

Not as shown

These knives come with a serated edge which is not what the picture looks like so I am a bit dissapointed. They are very sharp however but I did not want serated. The handles seem heavy to me and not very balanced as the blade itself is very thin. I don't think these are worth the money even though they are on the low end of steak knives I cannot recommend them.

I've been impressed with the sharpness. Probably the most expensive steak knives I've purchased and so far so good.

Henckels Knives

I have had a set of Hanckel steak knives for more than 15 yars and they are still as sharp as the day I bought them. You cannot go wrong with these knives.
